MetaMoJi Share provides a collaborative platform that allows multiple users to co-edit documents in real-time on an interactive whiteboard. This tool is designed for group collaboration, facilitating the sharing of notes and visual expression of ideas during live online meetings.

Team managers can utilize MetaMoJi Share for project collaboration, either synchronously or asynchronously, enabling users to "check in" at their convenience. Participants can enter the meeting at any time via a shared note, with their contributions appearing in real-time. The paid version introduces audio recording features that enhance the accuracy of meeting minutes and bolster group productivity. Additionally, audio playback is accessible to all participants in the free Lite version. The integrated chat feature allows for side conversations, ensuring that discussions proceed without disrupting the main presenter.

Meeting organizers can initiate sessions by distributing a "Share Note." Users of the free version have the ability to participate in an unlimited number of Share sessions but must upgrade after leading more than ten meetings. Participants are empowered to comment, sketch, or import visuals to enrich their ideas. The dynamic nature of presentations is further amplified as individuals can "Take Chair" to engage directly when inspired.

Auto synchronization through MetaMoJi’s cloud storage solutions—MetaMoJi Cloud and the new Media Server for voice recordings—ensures meticulous documentation of group interactions. This functionality allows participants to collaborate seamlessly on tablets or phones, eliminating the need for paper while fostering real-time discussions and feedback.

In educational settings, MetaMoJi Share serves as an effective tool for teachers to distribute lesson plans and supervise student assignments. Educators can provide immediate feedback as students engage with the material.

MetaMoJi Share builds upon the capabilities of MetaMoJi’s acclaimed note-taking application, MetaMoJi Note, which functions across multiple platforms for PDF annotation and vector graphic sketching. As a group productivity tool, it enhances conference calls with vibrant notes and collaborative compositions.

For those interested in advanced features, various add-ons are available through the “Gold Service” option, enabling users to create and share notes with participants according to their meeting frequency needs.
